We are pleased to announce the launch of a new service for all two-stroke enthusiasts the "Two-Stroke Helpline" Stan Stephens will answer this line and will be able to advise on all matters of information drawing from his vast knowledge in this area. Stan has been one of the top engine tuners and development engineers in this field over the last 30 years and is the source that the rest of the trade and motorcycle press turn to for advice. Stan will endeavor to advise on all matters of carburation, restrictions, tuning, engine life, tolerances, power characteristics, problem diagnosis, common faults, technical information and all manner of one-off queries. Stan will have as much technical data to hand as possible to rapidly help with queries but if needed, Stan will source the relevant information and advise a time to call back rather than prolong the call.

It may seem mercenary to charge for help and information (we actually get £1 per minute, Telecom take 50p) but for years people, including other motorcycle businesses have used Stan as a free source of information and with many hundreds of calls a week two things happened. One, Stan couldn't get any work done! And two, he wasn't always polite and helpful to people who just wanted freebie info! At least now he knows the person on the phone has a genuine problem and is prepared to pay for Stans help and information which he is only to happy to provide. He will try to answer the phone as often as possible.
